Q: How does Print-on-Demand work?
A: We only produce your item after you place the order. This means no overproduction, less waste, and a freshly printed product just for you.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it goes into production and cannot be altered.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Currently, we don’t take individual custom design requests, but stay tuned — custom drops are coming soon!
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Our typical processing time is 2–4 business days, and shipping takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping time and cost may vary by country.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also use our [Track My Order] page.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page. Our products follow a relaxed, unisex fit unless mentioned otherwise.
Q: What material do you use?
A: Most of our apparel is made from premium cotton blends (e.g., 90/10 cotton-poly), soft to the touch and durable.
Q: Will the print fade or peel?
A: Nope! We use high-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing that’s made to last with proper care.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Since all items are made to order, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Q: I received a damaged product. What should I do?
A: So sorry! Please email us at fitgoeco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
