We want you to love what you wear. Each item you order is custom made just for you — which means we only accept returns or refunds in case of damage, defects, or wrong items.

Please read our return policy carefully:


Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The print is badly misaligned or missing.
  • You received an incomplete order.

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Choosing the wrong size (Please check our Size Guide before ordering)
  • Small color variations (every screen shows color slightly differently)
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier companies or customs

🕒 Time Frame to Report an Issue

If there’s a problem with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and issue
  • Brief description of the problem

🔄 What Happens Next?

Once we review your issue:

  • If approved, we will resend the item at no cost OR
  • Offer a refund to your original payment method
    (Refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect depending on your bank)

🔁 Exchange Policy

Since all items are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or designs. Please double-check the sizing and product details before placing your order.


📦 Return Shipping (if applicable)

  • If we ask you to return a defective item, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
  • Do not return anything without contacting us first — we won’t accept packages sent back without approval.
