✅ Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item or wrong size.
 - The product is damaged or defective.
 - The print is badly misaligned or missing.
 - You received an incomplete order.
 
❌ We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
 - Choosing the wrong size (Please check our Size Guide before ordering)
 - Small color variations (every screen shows color slightly differently)
 - Delayed deliveries caused by courier companies or customs

If there’s a problem with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

🔄 What Happens Next?
Once we review your issue:
- If approved, we will resend the item at no cost OR
 - Offer a refund to your original payment method
(Refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect depending on your bank) 
🔁 Exchange Policy
Since all items are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or designs. Please double-check the sizing and product details before placing your order.
📦 Return Shipping (if applicable)
- If we ask you to return a defective item, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
 - Do not return anything without contacting us first — we won’t accept packages sent back without approval.
